Refund Policy

7-Day Risk-Free Trial

Try Vitalieu in your own shower for up to 7 days. If you’re not satisfied, e-mail care@vitalieu.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and ship the product back to us in any condition—even used.

• Returns post-marked within 7 days receive a full product refund (shipping fees are non-refundable).

• You’re responsible for return shipping; we recommend a tracked service.

• Once the parcel is scanned by the carrier, allow 5-7 business days for inspection and refund confirmation.

After 30 days

Unopened, unused items may be returned up to 14 days from delivery for a refund minus a 10 % restocking fee.

Wrong, damaged, or defective items

If we sent the wrong SKU or your product arrives damaged/DOA, e-mail photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a prepaid return label or a free replacement—your choice.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (bank processing times vary).

Exclusions

• Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation isn’t covered.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Separate from the 7-day trial, Vitalieu hardware carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled via care@vitalieu.com and require proof of purchase.
