1 Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing vitalieu.com, completing our quiz, or purchasing any Vitalieu™ product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept every clause, please do not use our site or services.

2 Products & Descriptions

We strive for accuracy, but colours, dimensions, and filter-performance figures may vary slightly in real-world use. Vitalieu reserves the right to discontinue, update, or limit quantities of any product without notice.

3 Pricing & Taxes

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Local sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Import duties or customs fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

4 Ordering & Payment

Orders become binding only after payment is authorised by our processor (Stripe, PayPal, or other). Vitalieu may cancel or refuse any order—for example, in cases of suspected fraud or stock errors—and will issue a full refund in such events.

5 Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force-majeure events are beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the shipment is handed to the carrier.

6 Returns & Refunds

You may return unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus original shipping). Contact care@vitalieu.com for an RMA number before sending anything back. Custom or digital items (e.g., STL files) are non-refundable once delivered.

7 Filter Lifespan & Usage

Actual chlorine-reduction lifespan depends on local water quality. Follow the usage instructions supplied with each filter. Failure to replace cartridges on schedule may void any performance guarantee.

8 Intellectual Property

All site content, product designs, logos, and text are the exclusive property of Vitalieu or its licensors. You may not reproduce, sell, or exploit any portion without written permission.

9 User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the site for unlawful purposes;
Upload or transmit malicious code;
Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

10 Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitalieu disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this disclaimer may not fully apply to you.

11 Limitation of Liability

Vitalieu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the products or site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

12 Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Vitalieu from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in United States.

14 Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted to this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
