Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• All orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET or on weekends start processing the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Vitalieu ships worldwide. Estimated transit times begin after the 1–2-day processing window:

  • United States & Canada – typically 3–10 business days.

  • Europe & UK – typically 5–12 business days.

  • Australia, New Zealand, Asia – typically 6–12 business days.

  • Rest of World – varies by destination; most arrive within 7–14 business days.

Upgraded express options are offered at checkout wherever carriers make them available. All charges are displayed in real time before you pay; standard shipping is free on orders of US $70 or more (or local-currency equivalent).

Tracking

A tracking link is e-mailed automatically as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to post the first scan.

Duties & Taxes

Many regions allow small parcels to enter duty-free, but local import taxes, VAT/GST, or customs clearance fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and, if due, will be collected by the carrier before delivery.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Need to tweak something? Email care@vitalieu.com within one hour of placing your order. After that window, the parcel is likely already in the carrier’s system and cannot be intercepted.

Undeliverable or Refused Parcels

Shipments returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal will be refunded (minus the original shipping cost) once the parcel arrives back at our facility.

Damaged or Missing Items

Inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If anything is missing or damaged, contact care@vitalieu.com within seven days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item. We will replace or refund promptly.

International Orders

We currently ship only within the United States. Join our email list and we’ll notify you as soon as international delivery becomes available.

Peak-Season Delays

Holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions can extend transit times beyond the estimates above. We appreciate your patience.
