At Vitalieu, every lamp is crafted with care. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

You may return your lamp within 14 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@vitalieu.com before shipping the item back.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Replacements

If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or video.

We will arrange a free replacement, including shipping.
Responsibility for Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

In case of defective items, we cover all replacement and shipping charges.
Exceptions

Lamps returned used, damaged by the customer, or outside the 14-day window will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Bulbs are not included in returns or warranty coverage.
