At Vitalieu, every lamp is crafted with care. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

​​

• You may return your lamp within 14 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• To start a return, please contact us at hello@vitalieu.com before shipping the item back.

Refunds​

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Replacements​

• If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or video.

• We will arrange a free replacement, including shipping.

Responsibility for Shipping Costs​

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

• In case of defective items, we cover all replacement and shipping charges.

​

Exceptions​

• Lamps returned used, damaged by the customer, or outside the 14-day window will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

• Bulbs are not included in returns or warranty coverage.
