• Vitalieu is a design brand operated under Creative3DP LLC, incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States.

1. Orders & Payments

• All orders are processed securely through Stripe.

• Stripe supports multiple currencies and ensures safe transactions.

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled after shipping has begun.

2. Shipping & Delivery

​

• We ship worldwide from our trusted production partners.

• Estimated delivery times are 10–14 business days, though delays may occur due to customs or logistics.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

• Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices.​

3. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

• If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.

4. Replacements

• If a lamp arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo or video proof.

• We will arrange a free replacement, including shipping.

5. Warranty

​

• All Vitalieu lamps include a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.

• This warranty does not cover bulbs, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or modifications.

6. Intellectual Property

• All lamp designs, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Creative3DP LLC.

• You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any Vitalieu designs without written permission.

• Only customers or licensees authorized by us are allowed to use our designs.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Vitalieu lamps are decorative lighting products.

• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, or use of incompatible bulbs.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Privacy

• Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except as required to process your order.​

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, where Creative3DP LLC is incorporated.

• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
